The rules for using nomadaze and buying anything from it.

Who you are contracting with
nomadaze.com is operated by BitUnion L.L.C-FZ, registered in the United Arab Emirates (licence number 2529770.01), of Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
This is information, not advice
This is the most important term here. We publish research about visa and residency programs. We are not a law firm, an immigration adviser, or a relocation agency, and we are not regulated as any of those. Nothing on this site — including any eligibility report you buy — is legal advice, and using the site creates no adviser-client relationship of any kind.
Immigration rules change frequently, are applied differently by different consulates, and often turn on facts specific to you. We work to keep the directory accurate and we tell you when each program was last verified (see our methodology), but we do not warrant that anything here is complete, current, or correct.
Always confirm requirements with the relevant government authority, and take qualified professional advice, before applying for anything or making an irreversible decision such as resigning, moving, or transferring money.
Eligibility reports
An eligibility report is a one-off purchase. You describe your situation and we produce a written assessment of which programs you appear to qualify for, based on the information you give us and the visa data we hold at the time.
- A report is an opinion about published criteria, not a prediction. It cannot tell you whether an application will be approved — only the relevant authority decides that.
- Reports are generated by an automated system. We stand behind the work, and you can ask us to review anything in it, but you should not treat it as a substitute for professional advice.
- A report is only as good as what you tell us. Inaccurate or incomplete answers produce an inaccurate report.
- Your report is for your own use. Please do not resell it or publish it as your own work.
Reality-check subscriptions
A subscription gives you access to reality-check content — what applicants report about a program in practice — for as long as it is active. This content is aggregated from applicant accounts on public forums and community groups. It is anecdotal by nature, may be incomplete or mistaken, and is not verified with any government.
Access is personal to you. Please do not share your sign-in link or republish subscriber content.
Payment, renewals and refunds
- Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment itself, and prices are shown at checkout inclusive of any taxes they collect.
- Eligibility reports are non-refundable once the report has been generated, because each one is bespoke work produced on purchase. If something goes wrong on our side — the report never arrives, or it does not address what you asked — contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods.
- If you are a consumer with a statutory right to cancel that is stronger than the above, that right is unaffected by these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy the directory to republish it.
- Interfere with the site, or try to access accounts, sessions, or data that are not yours.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to help someone misrepresent facts to an authority.
The content, design, and compiled data on this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote or cite us with a link, but not to republish substantial portions.
Liability
We provide the site and its content “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here or in a report — including refused applications, wasted fees, travel or relocation costs, or lost income.
Where we are liable despite the above, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for fraud.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site, and we may update these terms. If we change them materially we will update the date at the top of this page, and the change applies from then on. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and mandatory consumer protections there continue to apply to you.
